To apply, vendors must complete our wholesale application form, provide a valid business license, and demonstrate an established presence in the sporting goods or baseball/softball equipment industry. Once approved, you will receive access to wholesale pricing and vendor resources.

Yes. Opening wholesale orders typically require a minimum purchase (varies by product category). Reorder minimums are lower to help vendors restock efficiently.

All FORCE3 Pro Gear protective equipment—including catcher’s masks, chest protectors, leg guards, helmets, and accessories—are eligible for wholesale. Seasonal or limited-release products may have special terms.

Our wholesale pricing is structured to provide competitive retail margins while maintaining the premium brand positioning of FORCE3 Pro Gear. Exact margins vary by product category and order volume.

Currently, FORCE3 Pro Gear requires wholesale partners to stock and fulfill inventory themselves. However, we provide marketing assets to support your online and in-store sales.

Yes. Vendors may sell FORCE3 Pro Gear in approved retail channels only. Unauthorized third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Walmart.com) are prohibited.

Wholesale orders are shipped from our U.S. distribution centers. Standard lead times are 3–7 business days, depending on order size and destination. International vendors should inquire about cross-border logistics options.

Yes. Vendors receive access to official product images, logos, and promotional materials. 

All FORCE3 Pro Gear products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Vendors can direct customers to us for warranty claims, or handle returns/exchanges per their retail policies.

Yes. Approved vendors may order discounted demo units for in-store displays or training use.

Once approved, you’ll be assigned an account representative who will assist with orders, inventory updates, and ongoing vendor support.
